Refit description
Side walls of the vacuum pump after shot blasting and applying first layer of coating inside the walls.
The photo shows the outer surface of the vacuum pump sidewall after the primer has been applied. In addition, the side wall check valve is coated with Belzona 1331.
After verification of the pump, it turned out that on the surface of a sidewall it is necessary to perform a hardacing of the crack. The surfacing was then sanded, restoring the sidewall to its proper condition.
Photo shows the inner cone attached to the sidewall after the first layer of Belzona 1331 has been applied and the bottom outlet of the vacuum pump during the application of Belzona 1331.
