Establishing TARAMAS Pumps is a next step in development TAROPACK and T&T PUMPS brands. The foundation of TP is the combination of the knowledge of Bogdan Taramas and Waldemar Dąbrowski - present and experienced in the industry for over two decades.

Bogdan Taramas has been working at an international paper producing company, where he was responsible for equipment maintenance including: failure free exploitation of the equipment and machinery, optimization of inventory and implementation of modern methods in this field, such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM and 5S. For 9 years he is a respected specialist in the field of selection pumps for the pumped medium and repairs of pump units. Owner of T&T PUMPS and permanent technical advisor at TAROPACK.

Waldemar Dąbrowski - for 21 years has been involved in production of ball valves and complex services for industrial plants in Poland and over the world. In his professional career he was responsible for creating sales departments, obtaining EU subsidies, as well as the implementation of: ISO9001, 5S, Kaizen, TFM, TPM, SLII situational leadership and the ERP system. Moreover, he is also a Certified Cognitive Coach. Owner of DABROWSKI ARMATUREN and former co-owner of ANDREX VALVE GROUP.
